Great care is taken to recruit the very best people and a number of the team with over 10 years service is testament to this.

Bluehat Group practise what they preach and run team building sessions for their team as well as encouraging continual personal development through both hard skills and soft skills training. The team work across our London, Hertford and USA offices and spend a considerable amount of time onsite at client offices and event spaces.

The Bluehat Group Account Management and Marketing team . The team of Account Managers are likely to be the people you speak to when you first enquire. This is where your Bluehat Group team building journey starts. An accommodating and soft approach enables a better environment to really get to know you, your people and your objectives. This aids a closer understanding of your exact requirements and enables the most suitable event options to be recommended.  Account Managers are also able to offer advice on other elements connected to your event including venue hire, audio visual, travel logistics and more.

Working closely with the team of Account Managers is the marketing team who help educate the industry, clients and soon to be clients of the services and support available.  Helping clients run world class events that engage their corporate teams with their key messages.  A number of live showcase events that enable you to experience the events and meet the team are run during the year.  The marketing team are responsible for organising these for clients and communicating them with other useful updates during the year.

The Bluehat Group Operations and Creative team . Once your event is confirmed a dedicated Project Manager is engaged. Your Project Manager looks after every aspect of your event all the way through to delivery. The operations team are specialists in planning and logistics to ensure your event is planned down to the finest of detail. The team work closely with you keeping you up to date on progress and making the organisation of your team building event seamless and hassle free.

Did you know that most companies use an event manager to present team building activities? This saves them money. We don’t. We see the skills sets as being very different. An Event Manager is responsible for the overall success and delivery of your event on the day – they liaise with the onsite support crew, presenters, venue staff, your team and any other suppliers you may have on site to ensure a seamless event experience.  Whereas Bluehat Group  Presenters are dedicated to introducing and presenting your event experience in an energetic and engaging manner to ensure maximum participation from your delegates. This adds huge value to the whole event experience with specific presenters often being requested in person.

The Operations team oversee the creative workshop at our Hertfordshire site.  This is where all the magic begins with state of the art design and build facilities and a team of creative people with an unrivalled understanding of what makes a great team building event experience. This team work 24/7 coming up with amazing events and hand build them to a perfecting standard.  No other team building company has the focus or invests resources into developing new and engaging team building events which stands Bluehat apart.  By having such a team means that there are no restrictions as to what can be offered. Whatever off the wall ideas clients come up with, they can be turned into a tangible reality that will work in a team building scenario. ‘If you can think it, we can build it.’

The Bluehat Group Finance Team. Looking after the pounds and the pence. Tens of thousands of financial transactions are overseen a year. Only with professional accountancy protocols in place are they managed efficiently.  The finance team also support the whole group with procedure-control and reporting to enable others within the business to make effective decisions quickly.
