Bluehat Group is proud to announce that from today, October 2nd 2014, we will be continuing to fly the American Flag on behalf of Catalyst Global in Alexandria, Virginia. We would like to thank Jim Waller, President of Catalyst Events (USA), for handing over the reigns of the US operation to us at Bluehat Group and we look forward to flying the flag high. We wish Jim well in his retirement.
Catalyst Group has a well established network in USA and we will lead the way for many exciting events to come across the continent. We welcome Katie Kaiser to the Bluehat team as Head of Operations (USA) and we know that she will lead the growth of the business as we build a team which is stronger than ever.

Jim’s love of gardening and bicycling will no doubt keep him busy and we will miss his extensive experience, support and adventurous nature. I am delighted that Bluehat have agreed to head up Catalyst USA and achieve the same success as Bluehat Group have done in the UK. We will truly be the most innovative global specialists in the US market!”
Bluehat Group exhibited at the Imex exhibition in Las Vegas last week from 14th to 16th October.
The exhibition created a platform to showcase the most extensive and unique variety of team building events in the industry and gave visitors an opportunity to find out more about the Bluehat and Catalyst brands of team building.
Ben Parkinson, Commercial Director, who is attended the exhibition says; “We spoke to a combination of venues, agencies and corporate meeting planners, and also freelance meeting planners. They were thrilled to see the new and original team building concepts that have kept Bluehat Group ahead of the field in the UK now being much more accessible in America.”
He adds “Imex America is one of the largest industry events of its kind and as we are delivering more and more events in overseas markets and with our new American office, it’s a great way for us to reach a geographically expanding pool of clients.”
The stand was busy throughout the 3 day event with numerous enquiries and appointments made. We also saw over 20 buyers at our two educational sessions: ‘Activation, the Art of Bringing Sponsorships Alive’, and ‘Putting Fun into Meetings’.
